Thank you for ordering at Euromart. We are happy to provide refund and exchange services within 5 days of receiving the items. If you wish to seek a refund or exchange, please read the following guidelines:


Please contact our Customer Service (Hotline:  0512-67624302; E-mail: service@euromart.cn) should you need to return any items.( 9:00-18:00;Monday-Friday)


 Please consider carefully before contacting us, as we only offer returns once per order. Please be aware that pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.


When returning the items, please ensure that: Items are returned in their original sealed condition. Items have not been used.


You must return any Free Gifts that came with the order upon exchanging or returning your items


If an invoice was requested with the order, you must return the items with the invoice. If the invoice has been lost, we cannot process the returns.


Gift Packs or Sets must be returned as a whole and in their original packaging.


If coupons were used to purchase the returning items, the money will be returned back to your EuroMarts’ account as credit points.


If credit points were used to purchase the returning items, the money will also be returned back to your Euromart’s account as credit points.


Product pictures are for reference only; lighting may affect the image quality during photographing.



Please follow our product return procedures closely in order to ensure that your refund is processed and that you receive your credit in a timely manner.


Applications for returns must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item. You can contact us via e-mail or telephone, and our customer service staff will respond to you within one day.


Customers should then wait for confirmed approval from one of our customer service staff (which will be received within one day). If the application is approved, the items will be returned as requested. The customer service staff will then contact the customer to discuss the processing of the returned items.


After receiving the returned items, and carrying out inspections, our customer service staff will contact you within 2 days to help you with the refund.




Upon receiving your products, please count them in order to ensure that the correct number of items has been delivered.


We like to ensure that the packaging of our products arrives undamaged and intact. If the packaging is found to be damaged or tampered with in a way that cause damages to the products, please do not sign the confirmation or receipt slip. Instead, contact our customer service; we will refund or credit back your money after we have received the damaged items.


If the customer has signed or anyone else has signed for customers, we will consider the outer package and the number of the products are correct, our company shall not settle these problems.
