 退换货:

一、退换货政策

 感谢您惠顾欧麦德网店,自您签收商品之日起5日内,欧麦德为您提供退换货服务,请事先阅读以下详情:

Thank you for ordering at Euromart. We are happy to provide refund and exchange services within 5 days of receiving the items. If you wish to seek a refund or exchange, please read the following guidelines:

 您需要退换货时,请一定要先与我们的在线客服联络(9:00-18:00,周一~周五);电子邮件service@euromart.cn联系,进行退货申请的操作。

Please contact our Customer Service (Hotline:  0512-67624302; E-mail: service@euromart.cn) should you need to return any items.( 9:00-18:00;Monday-Friday)

 一张订单欧麦德只为您提供一次退换货服务,为了确保您的权益,请考虑周全后与我们联系。

 Please consider carefully before contacting us, as we only offer returns once per order. Please be aware that pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.

 退回商品时,请您确保:商品的外包装完整且未损坏;商品未经使用;

When returning the items, please ensure that: Items are returned in their original sealed condition. Items have not been used.

 商品退换,如含因购买商品所得的赠品,请将赠品一同寄回。

You must return any Free Gifts that came with the order upon exchanging or returning your items

 如索要了发票,请将发票随商品一同寄回。如发票丢失,将无法办理退货。

If an invoice was requested with the order, you must return the items with the invoice. If the invoice has been lost, we cannot process the returns.

 礼包或套装中的商品,不可以部分退货。因退货后,原礼包或套装中商品,将可能无法享受购买时的优惠。

Gift Packs or Sets must be returned as a whole and in their original packaging.

 如购买商品时,使用了优惠券的订单,发生退货时,将以积分的方式返回到您的账户中,款项根据用户实付金额退还。发生换货时,如所换商品仍适用原优惠券使用要求,则仍可抵扣所换商品金额。

If coupons were used to purchase the returning items, the money will be returned back to your EuroMarts’ account as credit points.

 如购买商品时,使用网店积分购物的,发生退换货后,您的积分账户,将得到相应调整。

If credit points were used to purchase the returning items, the money will also be returned back to your Euromart’s account as credit points.

 图片及信息仅供参照,因拍摄灯光及不同显示器色差等问题,可能造成商品图片与实物有一定差别,一切以实物为准。

 二、退换货办理流程

 为了保证退货订单能被及时处理,请遵循以下流程,否则可能无法办理退换货:

Please follow our product return procedures closely in order to ensure that your refund is processed and that you receive your credit in a timely manner.

 申请退货以签收包裹时间为准,收到商品5日内,您可通过邮件或在线客服形式联系我们申请退换货,客服会在1个工作日内回复您。

Applications for returns must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item. You can contact us via e-mail or telephone, and our customer service staff will respond to you within one day.

 顾客需等待客服人员确认此笔退换货申请(1个工作日),如此申请被接受,货品可按要求退货。客服人员会进一步联系顾客进行退换货处理。

Customers should then wait for confirmed approval from one of our customer service staff (which will be received within one day). If the application is approved, the items will be returned as requested. The customer service staff will then contact the customer to discuss the processing of the returned items.

 当收到退回的物品,经过质检确认无误后,客服人员会在2个工作日内联系您,帮您办理退款或退积分事宜。

After receiving the returned items, and carrying out inspections, our customer service staff will contact you within 2 days to help you with the refund.

 

三、退货说明

 我们确保商品数量正确,当您收到快递时,请当场清点货品数量。

Upon receiving your products, please count them in order to ensure that the correct number of items has been delivered.

 我们确保商品外包装完整,如您收到货品时,发现商品外包装表面破损,导致商品损坏的情况,请您务必当场拒签,拒收后请联系我司客服,公司将在收到货品后,经协商,我们会进行退款或退积分给顾客。

We like to ensure that the packaging of our products arrives undamaged and intact. If the packaging is found to be damaged or tampered with in a way that cause damages to the products, please do not sign the confirmation or receipt slip. Instead, contact our customer service; we will refund or credit back your money after we have received the damaged items.

 如顾客已签收或者他人代为签收货品,则视为商品外包装及商品数量无误,我司无法受理。

If the customer has signed or anyone else has signed for customers, we will consider the outer package and the number of the products are correct, our company shall not settle these problems.

 欧麦德只接受通过客服电话或者邮件形式申请的退换货

Euromart only accepts application for returns through our customer service hotline or e-mail.
